A court has mandated the initiation of a legal case against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and four other individuals on charges of abduction involving a Supreme Court lawyer.

On Wednesday, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Farzana Shakil Sumon Chowdhury issued the order at approximately 1:15 PM.

According to Rakib Chowdhury, a bench assistant at the CMM court, the Uttara West Police Station has been directed to handle the case.
